Turning Complex Projects, Performance and Risk into Clear Decisions

My work began on site, in engineering and MEP delivery, where discipline is measured in installed systems, sequencing and the cost of a decision made too late. That foundation still shapes how I read a programme today.

Moving into project management meant owning scope, commercial control and schedule across live construction and energy projects. PMO leadership widened that view again: governance frameworks, reporting structures and the gates that keep a portfolio honest rather than optimistic.

Today my focus is portfolio risk management and decision support — connecting performance signals, exposure and forecasting so leadership can see what is actually likely, not only what is planned.
